Live in Your Best Body This Year with SculpSure

As we enter the new year, many of our patients say they want to get in better shape so they can feel healthier and more attractive. Unfortunately, studies show that 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail by the middle of February.

People have various reasons for abandoning their resolutions. Many put a lot of effort into eating better and exercising more, but despite their efforts, they don’t see the transformation they expect. It doesn’t take long before they feel discouraged enough to stop trying.

If you live in the Nashville area and are feeling discouraged about pockets of resistant fat you just can’t shake, we have a solution: SculpSure. Come in to talk with Dr. Macey about how SculpSure can help you live in your best body.

SculpSure eliminates stubborn fat

No matter how much you exercise and count calories, some areas of fat will not go away without a fight. We call this diet- and exercise-resistant fat.

Diet and exercise-resistant fat comes from your genetics. If you have problem areas, such as your tummy or upper arms, then you have genetics that tell your body to accumulate fat in those places. SculpSure offers a solution to fat that doesn’t respond to diet and exercise.

What to expect during a SculpSure session

A SculpSure session takes around 25-30 minutes. Dr. Macey attaches the applicators to your problem area. He has applicators in various sizes, so you can get multiple treatments at once.

You’ll lie back in a comfortable position as the lasers do their work. SculpSure alternates between cooling and heating to keep your skin comfortable throughout the procedure.

The laser energy from SculpSure damages the targeted fat cells without hurting your skin or other tissues. Your body will flush away the damaged fat cells over the next few months.

The benefits of SculpSure

SculpSure treatments are comfortable and don’t require any downtime afterwards. In fact, most of our patients feel quite comfortable during their SculpSure sessions. Many of them read books or play on their phones. After their sessions, they go back to work or otherwise carry on with their day.

There’s no blood loss, incisions, or recovery time like you’d have with traditional liposuction, because SculpSure is a nonsurgical body contouring system. It gets amazing results, and although individual results vary, it’s estimated that more than 20% of the fat cells in the treated areas are destroyed.

By the sixth week after your SculpSure session, you’ll notice changes in your treatment area. Full results can take up to three months, so stay patient while your body continues to transform itself by getting rid of the waste products from the destroyed fat cells.
